Your Order Cancellation Rights
Ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the services received, we will refund your money if your complaints are valid and supported by evidence. We will reimburse You. We will refund your payment using the same method as the original order and deduct any processing fees, payment gateway fees, administrative fees, and costs of resources used for the work. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any fees or taxes paid to government entities or third parties involved in fulfilling your order.
Force Majeure event
In the event of a breach of EducateMe Group's satisfaction guarantee policy or a default under any terms of service, the company shall not be held liable for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations due to unforeseen events such as earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
Conditions for Returns
Only in the event that we are unable to meet your needs on our end, would we reimburse their money. The applicant must submit an email application to hello@educateme.group . Due to the time and effort our employees have put into their job, which cannot be returned, refunds will not be given to users once they have been earned by the company. In other words, all processing fees, payment gateway fees, administrative fees, and the cost of resources used for the work will be subtracted. In addition, we are unable to reimburse any fees or taxes paid to governmental entities or to any other third parties involved in the fulfilment of your order.
